"Surprisingly Spill-Free, What a Concept"
Ordered dinner through Zomato the packaging was really good. Everything was packed neatly, the containers were sturdy, and the food actually stayed warm. No spills, no mess, and each item was packed separately. Even the chutney didn’t leak, which is apparently a huge achievement these days. Happy with the whole thing. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Fast delivery, but not as hot as usual"
The food arrived quickly, which I appreciated. I’ve ordered from here before and it’s usually nice and hot when it gets to me, but this time it was just a bit cooler than expected. Still decent overall, just not quite as good as past orders.

"Delivery fees are getting out of hand"
Zomato’s delivery fees have gotten ridiculous lately. A couple of times the fee was almost as much as, or even more than, the actual food. It just feels like I’m being passed around between extra charges, service fees, and delivery fees, and by the time I check out, it’s not even worth ordering anymore

"Pretty reliable for checking places first"
I’ve been using Zomato for a while now, mostly whenever I’m about to order food or when I’m planning to go out over the weekend. Before I pick a place, I usually check the ratings and skim through a few reviews. Most of the time, the scores actually match the food and service well, which makes it feel reliable. Over the past few months, it’s saved me from choosing a few places that probably would’ve been disappointing.

"Pretty gOod overall"
My order showed up mostly hot, which was nice. The fries were a little on the cold side by the time it got to me, but everything still tasted good. Delivery was sMooth and nothing really to complain about.

"Always Something Open"
I’ve noticed there’s pretty much always something open when I need it, which is really convenient. To me, that makes a big difference because I don’t have to stress too much about timing or rearranging my plans.

"Okay if you order a lot"
The subscription does save me a bit here and there, but the fees still pile up. Probably worth it if you order often, otherwise not really.

"Frud app"
This is the worst app. I ordered from Zomato, and at the same time I also ordered from Blinkit. I clearly told both delivery partners to keep the order at my doorstep. I received my Blinkit order, but I did not receive my Zomato order.
When I spoke to the delivery partner, he said, “Main kya karu?” How can he say that? I paid for the order. When I contacted customer service, I did not receive any support or refund.
Very disappointed. I will never use this app again and I am uninstalling it.

"Delivery tracking isn’t as reliable as it used to be"
zomato still works fine most of the time, but I feel like the delivery tracking used to be better. This time it showed the rider near my place for almost 10 minutes, and then suddenly the location jumped back somewhere else, which was confusing. The food did arrive late, but thankfully it was still warm. Not a terrible experience overall, just wish the live tracking was more accurate like before

"Decent, but nothing too exciting"
Ordered dinner through Zomato, and yeah, the food arrived warm, so that was good. The portion size was fine too, no complaints there. But the biryani felt a little dry, and somehow the taste was just okay. I was expecting a bit more maybe, or maybe I was just too hungry. Not bad at all, just not something I’d remember or rush to order again.

"Support closed my case without fixing it"
I reached out to support about an issue I was having, but the ticket ended up getting closed without any real fix. That was frustrating, especially since I’ve used similar services where support at least follows up or keeps the case open until there’s a clear resolution. Compared to some competitors, the experience felt a bit dismissive and left me stuck with the same problem.

"Mostly Fine, But Tracking Should Be More Honest"
My orders usually show up without any real problems, and to be fair, support did help me out the one time I needed them. That said, the tracking can be a little misleading, which doesn’t feel right when people are waiting on something they paid for. Overall it’s been okay, but they really should do better about keeping customers properly informed

Ordered dinner on zomato and, to be fair, most of it showed up exactly how I selected it. The items, add-ons, and quantities were all correct, which should be the bare minimum. But they still managed to miss one sauce request, and that’s just careless. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it’s annoying when you clearly choose something and they ignore it. Food arrived fine and there weren’t any wrong items this time, so I guess it was okay overall, but the missed sauce was definitely on them.

"Checkout was unreliable"
I tried to place my order, but the payment checkout kept acting up, and it was frustrating. It didn’t feel smooth or dependable, and I had to keep wondering if the payment was actually going through, which made the whole experience, kind of stressful.

"Easy enough to use"
I’ve been using Zomato for a while the app is simple. Menus open quickly, which I like, and the order tracking usually works fine too. Also, reordering from my past orders is super easy when I don’t feel like searching again. I haven’t really felt confused using it, everything is kind of where you expect it to be.

"Delivery was on time, but the call felt off"
Food came on time, so that part was okay only. But the delivery guy on call sounded a bit irritated, and he asked me to come down even though the lift was working fine. Not a very big issue, but nice it didn’t feel. zomato should maybe look into how delivery partners talk to customers.
